I've never seen these raincoats before. They are made in the USA. They are water proof slickers with Ole Miss and MS State lining. They have pockets!!! Runs a oversized. If you want it a little bigger, stay with your normal size. If you want a more fitted look, downsize one size. Sizes XS-2X.
